There is so much to do… or just nothing at all. It’s entirely up to you!
Explore Wyndford... at your own pace
Venture out on a guided walk to explore the bushman paintings, swing bridges over the river or a crawl through the caves called the Mickey Mouse House!
Run the trails if you are energetic, or have a slow amble through the forest to visit the tree houses and go zip lining.
Climb to the top, hunt for fossils and experience magnificent views into Lesotho over the Caledon River.
Enjoy all our birdlife and wildflowers along the way, accompanied by the farm dogs… and cat!
Relax at Wyndford
Enjoy a book from our library under a pear tree, or watch your favourite show from our lounge in front of the fire.
Play a casual game of bowls or mini golf with a loved one. Soak up the sun from one of our pool loungers, or discover the outdoor room called the Hide, if you are wanting quiet… Or sit in peaceful meditation in the church and watch the sunbirds dancing in the flowers.
Alternatively, book your massage in the salon and you are bound to leave relaxed and revived…
It’s not only the ducks and geese that are free range at Wyndford. Children explore, ride their bikes and discover farm life. Come and meet our sheep, cuddle the bunnies, enjoy a leisurely led ride on one of the horses or help us to feed Button our Leopard tortoise.
Enjoy the swimming pool, foosball, ping pong and tennis, or challenge a friend to a game of mini golf. Join mom and dad on a hike and explore some caves, or enquire at reception about going zip lining or abseiling. Take a tractor ride down to the river and go searching for insects or semi-precious stones called agates in our river.
Into arachnology? Come join us on one of our Spider weekends and safely learn about spiders, scorpions and anything that wiggles or flies.
Young guests are asked to join us after dinner for a game of cards, stalk the lantern or action cricket, before drifting off to sleep, dreaming of your next adventure…
